Hey there! I'm Caleb Panza, the CEO and Co-Founder of Day Moon Development, a leading software development company based in South Florida. With over 10 years of experience in technology and product development, I specialize in helping businesses build innovative digital solutions that drive real results.
I've always had an interest in technology, which ultimately led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I quickly fell in love with the field and immediately pursued career opportunities in software development.
I got my start working for an e-commerce company in West Palm Beach, Florida: Digital Target Marketing. I cut my teeth building single-page landing sites for upcoming products and learning from the lead engineers as we served hundreds of customers.
From here, I would go on to lead engineering at Christ Fellowship Church, where I managed technical infrastructure and developed custom software solutions to support their growing community and digital outreach programs. I built and launched many apps and websites serving both as outreach and member tools.
And before founding Day Moon, I held the position of Mobile App Development Lead at Differential, where I spearheaded the development of the Apollos project. I developed and led teams for the mobile app platform for churches and faith-based organizations, combining content management, community features, and digital engagement tools.
Day Moon Development was born from a shared vision between Matt Rothenbergerand myself. As friends and colleagues throughout college, we'd spent a lot of time together working across different projects. We recognized the opportunity for a boutique, product-minded software development studio that prioritizes client relationships and delivers high-quality, custom solutions.
Since launching in 2023, we've helped numerous clients bring their digital products to life, from mobile apps and web platforms to e-commerce solutions and custom software systems. Our approach combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to ensure every project not only meets but exceeds expectations.
